A series of fire shows that fire prevention design of stage lighting is very important. So, how can the stage lighting fire prevention design pass the fire safety inspection to be identified as qualified? The fire performance of stage construction components and building materials must conform to the national standards or industrial standards. The stage curtain must be flame retardant. According to our country regulation, the combustion performance of building decoration material is divided into 4 grades.
Among them, class A is non-flammable, and class B1 is non-flammable. In the past, stage curtains were mostly B3 class, that is, flammable. In most cases where stage lighting equipment burns the stage curtain, the curtain's burning performance is class B3 and flammable. "Code for Fire Prevention of building Interior Decoration Design" provides that the burning performance of curtain (curtain) used in cinemas, halls, auditoriums, theatres, concert halls and gymnasiums should not be lower than B1 level, that is, flame retardant fabric. Therefore, when checking and accepting the burning performance of the curtain in these places belongs to what level, we should pay great attention to whether the curtain is flame-retardant fabric and whether there is a certificate of qualification from the fire department.
Our country "building design fire protection code" provides: "when there is combustible in the stuffy top, the distribution line should be taken to wear metal pipe protection." "When the high temperature part of the illuminator surface is close to the combustible, fire protection measures such as heat insulation and heat dissipation should be taken. The introduction wires of halogen tungsten lamps and incandescent bulbs with rated power of 100W and above, such as ceiling lamps, trough lamps and embedded lamps, shall be insulated by non-combustible materials such as magnetic tubes, asbestos and glass fibers." "Incandescent lamps exceeding 60W, halogen tungsten lamps, fluorescent high-pressure mercury lamps (including ballasts), etc., should not be installed directly on combustible fittings or components."
Distribution lines on the stage should be "protected by penetrating metal pipes". And the diameter of the metal tube should leave room, grounding measures should be taken, the head of the tube hoop part should be burr off, so as not to scratch the insulation when the wire through the tube, causing leakage short circuit fire. Persons engaged in electrical installation operations shall be qualified professionals approved by relevant departments. Stage projection light, top light with the curtain of the design should not be perpendicular to the opposite direction, and should be staggered with the curtain. Otherwise, if the bulb explosion produces sparks, it may cause a fire.
The distance between the bulb and the curtain should also be taken care of. According to the test, in the working state of 100W incandescent bulb, its surface temperature can reach 200 ~ 300℃, 1000W incandescent bulb, its surface temperature can reach 300 ~ 500℃; The surface temperature of 1000W halogen tungsten lamp can reach 700 ~ 800℃. When the combustible curtain is close to the lamp, it usually takes only 20 ~ 30 minutes to catch fire. Therefore, a safe distance of at least 50 ~ 100cm should be kept between lamps and combustible curtains.
The ballast of fluorescent lamp is preferably protected by fuse. When installing the ballast, the bottom of the ballast should be up, flat, do not wear vertical, in case of insulation oil overflow and fire when the ballast heating. On a carpeted stage, do not directly install power cords, switches and electrical outlets, and do not place light regulators, light consoles, etc., directly on the carpet or wood floor. Carpets and planks on the stage should be flame retardant. If you need to lay power cables under wood floors and carpets, use metal pipes for threading, and the junction box should also be metal and fixed with clip screws. Do not let the wires and tubes be pressed or stressed.
When the telephone, bell and clock need to be installed on the stage, the weak voltage wire must be separated from the strong current power line. The broadcast cable must be separated from the light cable. It is best to use quartz clocks, quartz bells and battery talkback phones to reduce the risk of fire. Lighting equipment products for stage use must be approved by the state and conform to the national standards or industrial standards as well as the relevant provisions of the state on fire control safety.
No matter how good the stage lighting design, there should be better stage fire protection design, such as fire hydrants, automatic sprinkler equipment, automatic fire alarm equipment, emergency broadcast equipment, accident lighting equipment, smoke exhaust equipment, etc.. Do a good job of stage lighting fire design and specific construction work, is responsible for the safety of the audience and cast and crew, never take it lightly
